How do I get a quote?+
Call (561) 844-8285 or email callfrey@palmbeachaluminum.com. Tell us the project — windows, shutters, screen, gate or roof — and we will schedule a measure and a written quote.
Where are you located and where do you work?+
1400 W 13th St, Riviera Beach, FL 33404. We serve Palm Beach County and Martin County.
Are you family-owned?+
Yes — family-owned, and it shows in how work is sold: measured by people who install, quoted in writing, done under one local name.
Do your windows meet Florida hurricane codes?+
Where products are rated for it, yes — impact windows and doors are the core of the business and are installed to Florida coastal requirements. We will confirm the exact product approvals for your home at quoting.
Can you screen my pool?+
Yes — pool and patio screen enclosures are one of our five services, from rescreens to full enclosure builds.
I have a whole house to do — where do I start?+
Start with the openings that face the storm and the ones that no longer seal — usually the sliders and the largest glass. A phased plan in writing is normal here; storm season does not care about your renovation calendar, so we sequence protection first.
Are your impact windows rated for hurricanes? (Impact Windows & Doors)+
Where the product carries Florida approval for impact use, yes — that is the point of the category. We confirm the exact product's approvals for your home and wind zone at quoting, in writing.
Impact glass or shutters — which should I choose? (Impact Windows & Doors)+
Impact glass protects itself and stays in place when the storm passes — no deployment. Shutters cost less per opening and suit glass that cannot be impact-rated economically. Many homes combine both; we will price both paths honestly.
Accordion, panel or roll-down — which is best? (Hurricane Shutters)+
Accordion for large and frequently-used openings (no storage, seconds to close), panels for budget and infrequently-used openings, roll-downs for push-button convenience. We will price your openings in the systems that suit them — mixed houses are normal.
Are your shutters hurricane-rated? (Hurricane Shutters)+
Shutter products are selected for the approvals your home requires; we confirm the exact product and its rating for your address before you sign — in writing.
Can you rescreen my existing enclosure? (Screen Enclosures)+
Usually yes — screen is a wear item and frames often outlive two or three screen cycles. We inspect the structure at quoting and tell you honestly if rescreening is money well spent on your frame.
What screen keeps no-see-ums out? (Screen Enclosures)+
Yes — the extra-fine no-see-um mesh is the standard upgrade we recommend in coastal Palm Beach County. Pet-resistant and solar screens are also available; we will price any of them on your frame size.
Will aluminum fencing hold up near the ocean? (Gates & Fences)+
Aluminum does not rust — the worst coastal outcome is finish oxidation over many years, managed by rinsing. For salt-air longevity at sane cost, it is the practical champion.
Do you build driveway gates? (Gates & Fences)+
Yes — gates are a named service: walk gates, double drive gates and pool-code gates, matched to the fence style. Automation can be discussed at quoting if you want it.
Pan roof or insulated panel — which do I need? (Aluminum Roofing)+
Insulated panels give a cooler, quieter room and a finished ceiling look; pan roofs cost less and suit pure rain-and-shade duty. We will price both on your footprint so the choice is yours with numbers attached.
Do you build carports and patio covers? (Aluminum Roofing)+
Yes — carports are aluminum roof structures (see the carport photo in our gallery), and patio covers are the same craft pointed at people instead of cars.
